Refund Policy

At J&G Landscaping, we value transparency and fairness in every transaction. This policy explains how refunds and credits are handled for our services.
1. Project Deposits
All deposits for landscaping projects, installations, or one-time large jobs are non-refundable once payment is made. Deposits secure materials, scheduling, and labor, and cannot be transferred to other services.
2. Monthly Maintenance Subscriptions
Routine lawn care and maintenance subscriptions are billed in advance each month and are non-refundable once the billing period begins. Services will continue through the paid period unless canceled before renewal.
3. Cancellations by J&G Landscaping
If J&G Landscaping cancels a scheduled project or service and cannot reasonably reschedule, a partial refund or service credit may be issued at our discretion.
4. Weather or Access Delays
Delays caused by weather, locked gates, pets, vehicles, or unsafe conditions do not qualify for refunds. Services may be rescheduled when conditions allow.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be issued using the original payment method through our secure Chase Bank system.
