1. Introduction
By using J&G Landscaping’s services or website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services
Landscaping, lawn care, and snow removal within Utah Valley. Scheduling may change for weather, site conditions, or safety.

3. Estimates, Deposits, and Payments

Estimates valid 30 days.
Projects: 50% deposit, non-refundable once paid. Balance due at completion unless agreed in writing.
Routine maintenance: monthly subscription, billed and payable before the month begins.
Payments via secure Chase Bank online payment link.
Late or returned payments may incur fees and service suspension.

4. Refund Policy

Project deposits: non-refundable.
Monthly subscriptions: non-refundable once the billing period starts.
If J&G Landscaping cancels and cannot reasonably reschedule, a partial refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.
Weather or access delays qualify for rescheduling, not refunds.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Client changes with ≥24 hours’ notice.
Same-day cancellation or no-show: $25 fee.
We may reschedule for unsafe or severe weather conditions.

6. Property Access and Trip Fees
Client must provide safe, unobstructed access. If access is blocked (locked gates, pets, obstacles), a trip fee of $2 per mile (round trip) is charged from Taylorsville, Utah.

7. Warranty
Workmanship guaranteed 60 days from completion, labor and materials covered. Excludes natural wear, plant health issues, client-set irrigation settings, or weather damage.

8. Liability

Not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, irrigation lines, pipes, or cables; client must identify/mark before work begins.
Total liability limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
No liability for indirect or consequential damages or pre-existing conditions.

9. Photos and Marketing
We may photograph completed work for records or marketing (site, social, print). Client may opt out by notifying us before work begins.

10. Website Use
Site content is “as is.” Do not copy, scrape, or misuse content. We may change or remove content at any time.

11. Privacy
Personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy.

12. Disputes and Governing Law
Utah law governs. Disputes handled in small claims court in a central Utah jurisdiction after informal resolution is attempted.

13. Updates
We may update these Terms. Posting on our website is official notice. Continued use indicates acceptance.
