1. Introduction
By using J&G Landscaping’s services or website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

2. Services
We provide landscaping, lawn care, and snow removal services within Utah Valley. Services may be affected by weather, site conditions, or scheduling.

3. Estimates, Deposits, and Payments

  • Estimates are valid for 30 days.

  • A 50% deposit is required for projects, including installations or one-time large jobs. Deposits are non-refundable once paid.

  • Routine or recurring maintenance services operate on a monthly subscription, billed and payable before service begins each month.

  • Remaining project balances are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments are accepted through our secure Chase Bank online payment link.

  • Late or returned payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a $25 fee.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule work due to unsafe or severe weather conditions.

5. Property Access and Trip Fees
Clients must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the service area. If access is blocked (locked gates, pets, vehicles, or obstacles), a trip fee of $2 per mile (round trip) will be charged from Taylorsville, Utah.

6. Warranty and Guarantee
All workmanship is guaranteed for 60 days from completion. The warranty covers both labor and materials. Natural wear, plant growth issues, or weather damage are not covered.

7. Liability

  • We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, irrigation lines, pipes, or cables. Clients must identify or mark these before work begins.

  • Total liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for pre-existing site conditions.

8. Photos and Marketing
We may photograph completed work for records or marketing (website, flyers, social media). Clients who wish to opt out must notify us before work begins.

9. Website Use
Our website is used solely to advertise services. All content is provided “as is” without warranty. Copying, scraping, or misuse of site content is prohibited.

10. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

11. Disputes and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Utah law. Disputes will be handled through small claims court in a central Utah jurisdiction. Parties agree to attempt informal resolution before filing.

12. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions are posted on our website, and posting serves as official notice of change. Continued use of our services or website after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
